Guazzi 2.0 S.r.l. has been involved in the production of racks for the transport of large ceramic slabs with a maximum size of 1600 mm x 3200 mm for over 3 years.
Guazzi 2.0 srl has designed and built several models of racks in recent years, coming up with an optimal solution in many aspects. Our racks are:
ROBUST: our perch is extremely robust and long lasting, built in galvanized iron and designed to carry up to 3000 kg.
DEMOUNTABLE: it is entirely assembled with bolts, which makes it possible to disassemble and return the package to the supplier, or just replace a damaged part if necessary.
EASY TO USE: movable both with manual and automatic trolly.
READY TO USE: completely supplied with a quality finish to allow immediate loading of the sheet without damaging it upon contact.
4.0: designed to allow both loading and strapping automatically without operator intervention.

IRON FLOORS FOR LARGE FORMAT SLABS
Over the years, Guazzi 2.0 srl has also focussed itself on constructing large painted iron platforms used for the transport and storage of large-format ceramic slabs. Our boards are characterized by high robustness. They can be stacked safely thanks to mechanical solutions which ensure precision and stability, thus, they can be forked from any of the four sides, both with manual and automatic trolly.
WOODEN CRATES FOR CERAMIC SLABS
To meet the needs of its customers, the Guazzi 2.0 Srl company also proposes itself as a manufacturer of wooden crates for the packaging of thinner ceramic slabs of various formats.
Our crates have been designed to avoid any possible damaging to the loaded slabs, and to withstand a maximum load of 3000 kg.
